Account and Data Deletion

You can delete your Art Atlas account inside the app via Profile > Edit profile > Delete my account. You can also request deletion by emailing support@artatlas.app from the email address connected to your account or by using this web page.

Deletion requests cover profile data, account-related personal data, Discover posts, comments, likes, favorites, support records, uploaded images, painting contest entries, quiz/game/ranking data, and eligible user content. Limited technical chat states such as delivery, blocking, deletion status, or user-reported safety records may be kept only as needed for abuse review, account security, legal obligations, payment records, or disputes; community content may remain visible for a limited time depending on rules, other users' visibility, and technical limits.

We may ask you to verify account ownership. Once complete, access to the app account is closed and eligible data is deleted or anonymized.
