Serpentine Launches a Global Research Programme for Art and AI

Serpentine’s new Future Art Ecosystems fellowship gives four artists and researchers six months of support for work involving artificial intelligence. Their projects range from world models and ancestral knowledge to digital bodies and the promise of technological ‘enhancement’. The programme positions artists not as decorators arriving after innovation, but as partners who question its ethical and public consequences from the beginning.
